Taha is the founder and CEO of The Boring Syndicate. He has 15+ years of experience building multiple businesses from 0 to 1 across technology, services, and investment.
He leads TBS's overall strategy, portfolio development, and founder relationships and has been the driving force behind the platform's investment thesis in early-stage tech services companies.
Merai brings 20+ years of experience across technology and commercial domains. She has deep global expertise in building companies from 0 to 1 in both venture and services environments. At TBS, she leads the portfolio growth overseeing infrastructure support, GTM activation, and the strategic guidance provided to founders across the Studio and Ventures portfolios.
Hassaan has 5+ years of experience in venture investing and strategy. His expertise spans deal evaluation, capital deployment, and portfolio value creation.
At TBS, he leads the investment process end-to-end from pipeline sourcing and commercial due diligence through to deal structuring and post-investment support for Ventures portfolio companies.
Fatima has 8+ years of experience operating at the intersection of business and law, with a core focus on startup lifecycle management. At TBS, she leads all legal operations from incorporation and shareholder agreements to compliance, deal documentation, and governance setup for every Studio and Ventures investment.
