    • Experience: Ideally 10–15+ years of experience with foreign exposure and deep technical or industry expertise.

    • Commercial Acumen: Experience in presales, client-facing roles, and team leadership.

  • Roughly 8–10 weeks from first conversation to funds transferred which includes due diligence, deal structuring, and execution.

  • TBS provides structured strategic support throughout the journey starting from workshopping business acquisition to execution. Followed by, governance and accountability evolves with the business.
